Chalet

1/ OUR CHALET
has the signature of Grosset-Janin, an high class regional constructor.
We have 3 levels in the chalet, including a confortable basement.

a) The ground floor level :
Aprox 70 sq meters of living space includes a lounge / dining room, a reading and tv room, and a large fully equipped kitchen.
Wide sliding windows and a terrace offer a large view above St Gervais on the Mt Joly and create a feeling of transparency.
An extra bed can be provided in the reading and tv room.
Also at this level the main entrance with changing facilities and a toilet.

b) The first floor with 3 double bedrooms :
_ A large master bedroom (king size bed) with a fully equipped bath room with a window ( a full sized bath, 2 sinks and toilet).
Opening on a balcony facing south.
_ Another large bedroom ( king size bed) with 3 windows.
_ A double beds room ( 90x200 beds)
_ A shower room with wash basin and Italian shower
_ A floor toilet

Each room is provided with wooden assorted cupboards / wardrobes

c) The basement floor
_ A confortable lounge, suitable for relaxation, and equipped with corner tv home cinema, babyfoot, and various games such as Monopoly, chess, and cards. We can tell you that this lounge is very much appreciated by the childre...!!
This basement lounge is quite clear thanks to window opening on to an inner courtyard.
_ A laundry facility room fully equipped with washing machine / dryer, sink, boot dryers…

d) On the terrace : teakwood garden furnitures, deckchairs….Barbecue….

2/ IDEAL LOCATION :
_ 3mn walking from the village center (shopping, restaurants, bars…)
_ 10mn from the ski lifts
_ 15mn from the thermal / spa (L'Oreal )
_ 30m from the Mont Blanc tunnel
_ 1hr from the international Geneva Airport and TGV

At the Regional level, we should know that the Mont Blanc is located on the St Gervais commune !!….

St Gervais is a lively village with a wide range of boutiques, restaurants and pubs around. The Gothic church has been renovated in 2016 with a lot of taste; namely splendid stained glass windows.
And last but not least its Casino.... !!
For sport interest, the ice ring, the swimming pool (winter / summer), the tennis club, the mountain guide office and the skying school.
Lots of various ski trails are accessed, from the village, through the Bettex / Mt d'Arbois tele -cabins and the "Tramway du Mt Blanc " TMB. World famous trails.
During the summer, many possibilities of mountain hiking (and cycling) around the Mt Blanc.

Also, within an half an hour's drive, Megeve, Combloux, Chamonix, ... all famous villages all well known for their ski trails, their hiking, their own history and their cultural enjoyment

3/ DEDICATED SERVICE
Provided to you by « your concierge », Jérôme. At arrival, he will welcome you with the keys and will explain you the chalet operations. At departure, he will say goodbye to you….during your stay he will remain at your disposal…. Jerome knows everything in St Gervais…!!
