The bathroom with an Italian shower basin and toilet.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a storage cabinet with a cash desk and a desk.

The price includes water and a free package of 100 Kwh of electricity per week in summer (1 May - 30 September).
The price does not include in the winter period (October 1 - May 1) the power consumption.
