It consist of an entrance with guest toilet and buanderie, a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped, a wooden terrace, a closed garden with a security fence over the channel and a boat mooring.
First floor : Each of the 2 bedrooms have it's own shower room. A separated toilet.
The second floor is closed for rental.
