Spacious and bright, this apartment has plenty of space for 6 guests. It has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a canvas shade. The residence is located only a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket, bars and shops. This gated, guarded residence is secure for children.
The apartment is situated on 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (80 x 200). Bedroom 2 has two singles (90 x200). The living room has an excellent sofa bed (140 x 190). Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. The living room is tastefully furnished. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. The bathroom has a shower and toilet with an additional toilet in the entrance hall. During your stay, you will use the underground private garage.
The communal swimming pool has plenty of space around it in the sun or in the shaded or grassy area.
There are 2 pools. A small shallow toddlers pool and a very large pool.
The gardens are very pleasant and there is a pitch balls close to the pool area.
Residence Juan Flore is ideally situated for visiting the French Riviera. A car is not strictly necessary as there is good service and service in the area. Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo are easy to reach. There are a wide range of beautiful Provencal villages such as St Paul de Vence, Eze and Gourdon.
In high season, there are plenty of activities, concerts and fireworks displays to entertain the family. If you are looking for a lazy holiday, you have a choice of private and public beaches.
