- an 82cm LCD TV connects to the internet (Netflix reception possible if you have an account),
- a fiber internet box (WIFI and unlimited internet included!)
- a table and 4 chairs
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, hotplates, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker ...);
A cupboard of 1.40m long with storage;
- an entrance with a storage cupboard;
- a bathroom with suspended toilet, a large shower, a sink, a towel dryer;
- a separate bedroom with a double bed 140cm * 190cm and 2 bedside tables; and
- private parking

SITUATION
10 minutes walk from the beach (pebble beach).
5 minutes walk: small commercial area with bakery, post office, bank, primeur, small casino ...
5 minutes walk: restaurants (pizzeria, best restaurant Antibes burgers ...)
Shuttle to downtown and station every 1 / 2h. BUS N ° 200: for 1 € it serves the coast from Cannes to Nice.
Nice airport at 13km. Cannes at 10km. Sophia Antipolis at 10 km. Monaco 45km.

Access from the motorway (exit Antibes) by expressway.
By train, Antibes station for an arrival by TGV, then several bus lines.
By plane, Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, line 200 towards Cannes.
