Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. Outside area :
- A 12 m² terrace with an uninterrupted view of the Place des Capucins.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre, in the St-Michel district
- Within walking distance of all shops and transport links
- A stone's throw from St-Michel Basilica and at the foot of the famous Capucins market
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is an 8-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, etc.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 20 m away (Les Capucins).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 6 minutes by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 28 min by car (23.7 km)
- Tramway B (‘Victoire’ stop) is a 4-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Grand Théâtre (hypercentre) in 5 minutes, and direct to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes.
- It is also possible to park in the street, but spaces are at a premium and there is a charge (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
- Vcub station 100m away, e1.60 for 24 hours.
