• A bathroom with sink, bathtub and towel radiator.

• and a beautiful terrace of 12 m² south with sun loungers, table and chairs: very nice view of the pool, the marina and the sea.

Free access to the large swimming pool of 340 m2, equipped with deckchairs, parasols, paddling pool for the little ones.
Beach and shops 100m (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, tobacco, press, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor ...)

Located in the area of Coudoulière Six-fours-les-plages, formerly Pierre and Vacances, this residence is located in a green setting between sea and forest; the wood of the Coudoulière extends over 12 Ha open to the public and used as a place of relaxation (cycling, jogging, hiking, course "accrobranches"). It is also a protected site to preserve biodiversity.

A bike path joins the small town of Sanary, its narrow streets, its port, its weekly market (2.5 km) or the Brusc (2.7 km): small fishing port, departure point Ile des Embiez
