This is a new house ends in June 2019. It is equipped with a matt black kitchen with wood color worktop open to the living room. A sitting area with a 126 cm flat screen television. A bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. 3 beautiful rooms all equipped with television: 2 rooms with 1 bed of 140cm and a room with 2 beds of 0. 90 cm. Garage, car parking on the ground. Garden of about 350 m2 facing south. Free WIFI.

We accept holiday vouchers

Summer rates from 450 euros to 750 euros the week following period.
Winter rates from 390 euros to 420 euros depending on the period
Spring rates from 390 euros to 430 euros.

WEEK-END price Friday and Saturday night: 100 euros / night

It is possible to book from 3 nights, the rate per night is 85 euros on school and 92 euros / night on school holidays.

Possibility of renting for several months in winter.

A deposit of 400 euros will be required upon arrival and returned by mail after your departure.

You can also take the cleaning fee of 50 euros until the day before your departure. The cleaning fee includes cleaning rooms, bathroom, toilets, living room, vacuum cleaner, mop, dust ... but it is up to you to leave the oven, the barbecue clean, the lava empty dishes ... .Thanks for your understanding

During the period of July and August, bookings are only for the week from Saturday to Saturday.

For all other school holidays, I accept priority bookings by the week but I can also accept reservations of minimum 3 nights.

For all periods outside school holidays, bookings are made weekly or at night with a minimum of 3 nights.

When it comes to weekly bookings, sheets are not provided. By cons, for bookings at night, I provide sheets.

Out of respect for people who may have allergies, pets are not accepted. The house is non-smoking.

The house has a capacity of 6 people maximum.
