For long walks to share with the family, you can also discover the coast light bicycle, bike paths are accessible 50m (Vendeevelo). The large beach of Les Sables is 4.5km, 1 large shopping center 1km, golf, bowling, cinema 4km, canoeing, equestrian center and karting within 10 km.
The front of the house is a common entrance to 1 attached studio, rear garden privatized to rent the house not overlooked and fenced.
