It includes a bedroom with a bed of 1m80 wide, very comfortable, a living room equipped with a high-end sofa bed of 1m40 wide, with an extendable table, and a smart flat screen TV with all channels in all languages, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment: hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge/ freezer and all the necessary utensils.

There is everything you need to eat, sleep (duvets, sheets, pillows), as well as towels, beach towels and free wifi internet connection.

On the outside, there is a large terrace fully privatized and directly accessible from the accommodation, with a private pool and a superb covered area equipped with armchairs to relax in the sun.

There is a charcoal barbecue, a table, garden chairs, a beautiful bar, deckchairs and a shower.

Located 8 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and the beaches, LA VILLA DEL PARAISO enjoys a privileged location. Lloret des Mar is a lively coastal town, offering many activities.

You will find supermarkets nearby. Wine cellars, markets, a water park (5 minutes), the Marineland park with its Dauphin show (20 minutes), a tree climbing and golf park (10 minutes), karting (5 minutes), tennis lessons (5 minutes), nightclubs, hiking trails and all activities related to the sea and the mountains.

There are also many other charming coastal towns to explore, such as Tossa de Mar and Platja d'Aro, as well as many beautiful beaches and coves.

Barcelona is an hour away by car or train, while Girona is only half an hour away.
