An equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a bathroom with a toilet. A private storeroom at the bottom of the building and a bicycle storage room is at your disposal. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.

two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
