For rent in Spain (Don sancho fase V) Orihuela Costa is the ideal vacation spot for all holidaymakers and undoubtedly for wintering. Orihuela Costa is a city located at the extreme south of the Costa (8 km from Torrevieja, 50 km from Alicante and 25 km from Murcia. The place is close to pleasant sandy beaches and many shops, malls, cafes and restaurants and Villamartin golf courses. Everything you need every day during your stay is on site!

Note that the new shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard as well as Zénia Center and the coastline are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Along the beach is a beautiful promenade where you can walk for hours overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Directly nearby you will find a huge shopping center, which also offers you entertainment options, a casino and a multitude of restaurants, shops, boutiques, shops, cafes.

The apartment, located on the 1st floor has cold and hot air conditioning and a private terrace. It has 2 bedrooms (a double bed + 2 single beds + a sofa bed for 2 people), 1 shower room.
The beautifully decorated living room is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and Internet, by WIFI. The apartment has air conditioning that can provide both hot and cold air in the 2 bedrooms + living room.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster orange press, coffee maker, washing machine ..)
You have on the spot towels, towels, washcloths, sheets, quilts and pillows, everything is new!
Near the apartment you will find plenty of room to park your car. Not to mention that there is a secure private car park completely free at your disposal !!!!

The keys are hand-delivered by the concierge.
For the airport-apartment journey, several possibilities are available to you:
1) The concierge can pick you up at the airport (extra charge)

PRICE AND RATES:

Apartment for 4 people (possibility up to 6 people)

-300 euros low season (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March)
-350 euros middle season (April, May, June, Sep,)
- 450 euros high season (July, August)
You can also take by night: example 9J or 5J (readjustment of the price per night)
To pay on the spot: 75 euros for the complete cleaning service end of stay (cloths, towels, towels, gloves of toilet, complete flat ....).
You arrive in a clean apartment and it will be the same after your departure.
Each customer is entitled to 100kwh per week, cost 0. 25 cents per kW if exceeded.
Ps: you have plenty to do for 100kW / week, but this prevents some people leave it on 24 hours a day, to leave the air conditioning in the background with all the lights on or windows and doors wide open.
There is 150 euros deposit which will be returned to you at the latest within 7 days
A deposit of 20% is required at the reservation payable within 5 working days.
