This family home with a living area of 120 m² was built in the early 1980s. It has been largely renovated in 2018.

You will have a cellar including the fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a sink, a vitroceramic electric hob, a hood, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, cupboards, overlooking the pool.

The adjoining room is a dining room equipped with cupboards, microwave and electric oven. It is air conditioned. The door window opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy your meals and enjoy the song of cicadas.

The house also includes a living room with sofa, armchairs, television, library and a second adjoining dining room, with air conditioning.

Next door is a billiard room.

The night part is oriented around three rooms with a large double bed and for two of them, a TV. Dedicated storage spaces will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided.

A bathroom equipped with a vanity unit, a bath, a shower, and a dry towel. A suspended toilet, and independent of the bathroom.

On the side of the house, a swimming pool with a dimension of 10 m x 5 m, secured by approved security tarpaulin. Its access is facilitated by a staircase and a ramp.

A shelter near the pool with table and chairs will also allow you to organize your meals.

Weber charcoal grill and plancha grill are available.

You can rest and sunbathe on deckchairs and sun loungers.

A garage with two places and possibility of parking a third car on the parking in front of the house.
