Nestled in the magnificent and historic Ville d’Hiver district of Arcachon, this stunning four-level Arcachon-style villa blends the charm of tradition with modern comfort, offering an unforgettable stay for families or groups of friends.

Its lush garden, heated swimming pool (9.5 m x 1.7 m), two sunlit terraces, and peaceful surroundings make it a true haven of tranquility — while still being just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride from Arcachon’s most beautiful beaches, including Pereire Beach, as well as the town centers of Arcachon and Le Moulleau.

🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture
-Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property
-And that all waste is cleaned up before departure

In the event of non-compliance or damage, part of the security deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repair costs.

A €3,500 deposit will be required via the secure Swikly platform.
No amount is charged or blocked on your card — the pre-authorization is automatically released within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
