Splendid new villa with plunging view of the port and the open sea. This house is made up of 2 separate apartments, in order to best adapt to the number of holidaymakers. Each apartment has its American kitchen, open onto 1 large living room.
Upstairs: 130 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite (with dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower and bath, separate wc). a second shower room (walk-in shower), separate wc. Large terrace with barbecue.
Ground floor: 80 m2 apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and wc.
The villa has been designed so that family vacations or holidays with friends take place at the pace of each: everything has been thought out to be able to do everything together or in 2 groups if the rhythms of life are not exactly the same (the 2 kitchens are fully equipped).
The garden is completely fenced with a gate, possibility of parking 3 cars at the foot of the house. possibility to park 1 car outside the garden.
The port of Cargèse, starting point for many boat trips (Calanques de Piana, Scandola reserve, diving club) is 200 meters from the house. You will find very nice restaurants and cafes there.
Many beaches and coves are located a few kilometers away, all around Cargèse .... The discovery of each of them will delight you!
The view is also panoramic on the village of Cargèse and its 2 churches.
Cargèse can easily be the starting point for walks in the numerous villages of the interior, with their splendid panoramas and rivers. Lake Créno is accessible from the village of Soccia (45 minutes by car to reach Soccia, then 1 hour walk .... unless the children prefer to ride on a donkey! )
the seaside resort of Sagone is less than 10 kms away.
We are also in the immediate vicinity of Porto, the Calanques of Piana ....
