Arrival and Departure

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Check-out: Between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM
Please contact Yohann Bolzan 30 minutes prior to your arrival. He will welcome you to the property and hand over two sets of keys.

Maintenance and Additional Services

Pool: Weekly maintenance is provided by a professional pool technician.

Cleaning: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be arranged in advance, at your expense.

Linen: The provided linen is not replaced during your stay. Any replacement must be arranged by the guest and will incur an additional fee.

Clear Management and Transparency

Ownership: The villa is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Tache.

Representative: Yohann Bolzan manages the promotion and guest coordination as an independent service provider.

Payments: All bookings are processed through secure online platforms (e.g. Airbnb). Rental payments are transferred directly to the owners within 4 to 7 days of guest check-in. Yohann Bolzan does not handle financial transactions.
