Quiet in the hamlet of Gavernat, on two hectares, with open views, this pretty farmhouse from 1840 in blond Périgord stone is built around a square courtyard. The farmhouse, a tobacco dryer, a sheepfold and the barn combine independence and conviviality. The farmhouse, carefully renovated with respect for tradition, is converted into a comfortable gîte for 4 to 6 people.
