About This Property
We offer a completely renovated accommodation located in a wooded property of 2000 m2. You will be in the countryside while in town with access to public transport (bus, RER) and minutes from local shops.
You can also enjoy the jacuzzi and the garden adjoining the accommodation.
The housing is located in a very residential area which is halfway to the Polytechnic School, Massy (RERB) and Igny. This accommodation is non smoking.

This property for rent consists of a room with a double bed of 140 cm, with a wardrobe. The place is calm. You will not be disturbed by cars.
The house has a small living room with a very current decor. This living room is furnished with a sofa that can accommodate two people. You will have TV and internet access via Wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped. We wanted to ensure you all the necessary comfort in the preparation of your meals. The kitchen therefore has hob, oven, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine. We leave at your disposal the basic elements such as sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, herbal teas ... in order to offer you maximum comfort on your arrival. So if you want to stay one night you will have the necessary to prepare a breakfast. On request we can provide you bread and pastries.
Bathroom accessorized
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer. Towels, bath mats and bathrobes are available. Slippers are also available as it is a home without shoes.
Canopy dining room
You will have your meals in the space Verrière which is completely opened on the garden and the jacuzzi. Space is provided for 4 people.
Workspace for laptop with
secretary can accommodate a laptop with a fiber optic connection, and a chair to work
The jacuzzi is accessible until 10 pm so as not to disturb the neighborhood. You can enjoy the fresh air, the sun in the garden that is attached to the rental. The other part of the garden is reserved for us and so we do not encroach on your peace.
There is no parking space with housing but parking is done in the street without problem.
Access of travelers
The peculiarities of the rental house
At the bottom of the property is your home. Our residence is on the same property but with separate entrances. You will meet on our property two balls of hair that are our dogs Faro and India.
For the comfort of residents, the rental house has a completely autonomous entrance with a secure key box.
A 5-minute walk from the rental house is a café and bakery that offers tasty pastries and other delicacies..
