Les Pléiades is located in a very peaceful hamlet, just 3 minutes drive from the hill-top village of Gordes, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Completely restructured in 2018, it offers a blend of modern charm behind its stonewalls. The residence consists of 2 independent wings built around a large south-oriented patio/terrace with its private pool and garden.
The first wing features a cosy and tastefully furnished living/dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open space kitchen (central island, dish washer, 2 ovens, induction plate etc …) and 2 large sliding doors opening onto terraces and the Luberon.
The second wing is accessed via the patio/terrace: it is composed of a bedroom with air conditioning, a bed 160 x 200 and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower + WC. The total surface of the 2 wings is 55 m².
An additional private 1'000 m² garden planted with olive and cypress trees, situated right below the patio/terrace as well as a private parking lot are available for our Guests only. The property is completely fenced.
Les Pléiades is adjacent to the owner's residence but privacy and intimacy are guaranteed as it is not overlooked and that both properties are accessed via separate entrances.
