Cocoonr agency offers you this charming apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, located in the heart of intra-muros. Nestled in a quiet side street, on the 1ᵉʳ floor, of a small condominium. With a surface area of 35 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers (2 adults, 2 children).
It comprises a living room, equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sitting area equipped with two armchairs convertible into a single bed for children (12 years maximum), coffee tables and TV.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Dining area with table and chairs
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room with WC and washing machine.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Neighborhood and activities:
- Hôtel d'Asfeld, just down the street from our apartment, also known as the Maison de Corsaire.
- Museums, Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside.
- From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.
- On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find great local produce: butters and cheeses from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables in all 4 seasons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe.
- On Place Chateaubriand, you'll find great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale for the pleasure of both taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups, in a brocante decor. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.

- In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St. Patrick's, or the festive Belle Époque. If you're a cocktail lover, take a trip to La Fabrique, where you'll find a multitude of original cocktails. And if you prefer the nautical and sailing atmosphere, on the bas sablons harbor towards the St Servan district, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at Le Cunningham or on the terrace at Le Cancalais!

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is available on all Intra Muros streets and in the parking lots around Intra Muros.

- St Malo Intra Muros is served by bus lines 2 / 3 / 9.
- Saint Malo train station: 2km (30m walk) or bus line 2.
- Dinard airport: 25min by car - London in 50 minutes
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.

Other notes:
- The beds in the living room are intended for children (12 years maximum), the comfort is not optimal for adults.
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
