On the ground floor there is 1 fully equipped and functional living room / kitchen, 1 WC and a terrace. Wifi, IPTV, radio / Ipod. Large supermarket located 300m away. A concierge is present on the property to assist tenants at all times.
Please Note: if a reservation is made by a couple or two single persons , and the two bedrooms get occupied , a one time and unique additional fee of 40 € will be requested upon arrival.
