Located in the center of the village of Monetier Les Bains, in a country house renovated in 2017/2018, this 100 m2 apartment can accommodate 10 people (ideally 6 adults and 4 children). You can access the ski slopes on foot (about 400 m) or by free shuttle (departure at 100 m) and take advantage of all the village amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, Grands Bains). Many summer hikes departing from the house.

On the ground floor the entrance (7 m2) is designed to store skis, shoes and clothes. A staircase leads upstairs where you will find the living / dining room with an open kitchen (40 m2). It is equipped with a large fridge, multi-function oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso, raclette and fondue appliance. A French window opens onto a south facing loggia (6 m2) with a lovely view of the mountain and the ski slopes. The living room is equipped with a wood stove, large screen TV, stereo, Orange livebox with TV channels, DVD player, telephone. Large choice of board games and mountain themed books. On this level you will find an independent toilet, a shower room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The Chamois room with a 160 bed that can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 according to your choice. The Hermine room with a 160 bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a reading / rest area. You will find a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, the Wolf room with a 140 bed, TV and folding baby bed and the Dahu room with 4 single beds of 90. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Underfloor heating with a thermostat in each room on level 0 and 1, additional radiators on the mezzanine level, heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Bed linen and toiletries provided, beds are made upon arrival. End of stay cleaning package offered. In case of late arrival a key box with code will allow you to collect the key.
