Very quiet building, public parking nearby, Banche beach 2 minutes' walk, restaurants at the foot of the studios, bakery and carrefour city a few meters away. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.

Working in the restaurant next door, I am present at the arrival and departure of travelers, and available at any time if necessary
