Note: a security deposit check of 2000 € will be requested to cover the costs possibly caused by damage to the property rented by the tenant or the persons invited by him during the period of the contract. This will be uncashed and returned, in whole or in part, depending on the damage observed.

It is 800 meters from Saint-Martin-de-Ré and 25 km from La Rochelle Train Station.
