We accept dogs, and welcome you to our apartment, completely renovated in 2018, ideally located 5 minutes from two renowned beaches of the Giens peninsula, in a small secure condominium, quiet and surrounded by greenery. (The Terraces of Giens)

On the western slope of the peninsula, the Almanarre beach will delight kite surfing and windsurfing enthusiasts, while the western slope will offer its long Badine beach, with fine sand and shallow waters, to those who prefer idleness. All the activities and infrastructures of the peninsula are also located a few minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is composed of a living room with convertible sofa, an equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils ...), a table with extension, a sleeping area with two beds a place (90cm) superimposed, a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and washing machine, a separate toilet, a spacious mezzanine with access by a ladder of a miller's staircase, consisting of a double bed seats, a sofa and a television.

For your comfort, we offer you a wifi connection and a bluetooth speaker for music.
If you do not want to clutter up, we offer you the option of renting your sheets and towels:
15 euros for a double bed kit.
7 euros for a single bed kit.
7 euros / person for the towel kit.

Outside, the apartment offers a large terrace not overlooked, on which are installed a table and chairs.
The rear of the apartment overlooks a large, leafy and green park, sheltered from any noise pollution. A parking space is available in front of the entrance.

The owners do not live on site, an agency will manage our tenants and will take care of the check-in and check-out. In case of arrival or departure outside the opening hours of the agency (Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), the keys will be left either in a code box or in a shop located on the road to get to the apartment.

Departure cleaning: please leave the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness.

Well-educated pets are accepted free of charge (maximum 2). They must be kept on a lead within the confines of the condominium.
