-25% deposit on booking, balance due 30 days before arrival
- a certificate of insurance desired.
- Charges: from 01/10/2018 to 12/05/2019: 40 € / week and from 12/05/2019 to 30/09/2019: 20 € / weeks.
-Deposit check 700 €, (returned in the week following departure.
- Tourist tax: according to the scale / day / adult.
OPTIONAL:
- end of stay cleaning: 70 Euros
-LOCATION possible LINEN of bed and toilet: 16 € / bed / week; 5 € the set of hand towels / pers./week.

NON SMOKING rental (possibility on the terrace or garden) PETS NOT ALLOWED to avoid any inconvenience to allergic people.
