In the heart of a superb 40ha wooded park, this terraced house is located in an ideal location, south of the peninsula of Saint Tropez, 4 minutes from the beach road, 8 minutes from Ramatuelle, 12 minutes from Pampelonne beach, and a quarter of an hour from Saint Tropez, from the entrance of the residence, AVOIDING all traffic jams, which is invaluable especially in summer.

The house has:
- on the upper level, 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed of 160cm, the other with two single beds of 90) and TWO small bathrooms, each with shower and WC;
- on the lower level, an American kitchen and a spacious living room totally open onto a large terrace via a 4-meter bay window, creating a single-storey indoor / outdoor living area of over 70m2, with a breathtaking sea view from every point! On the terrace, a shaded dining area, under an arbor, a large outdoor table, an outdoor water point, a complete garden furniture and deckchairs.

a new convertible sofa with very good quality 160cm bed is available in the living room.

The House was completely redone in 2019 but for the time being continues to benefit from the very moderate old rates.

The Mas de Gigaro residence offers superb views of the umbrella pines and the sea, you will feel surrounded by nature.

Restaurants (and trade) nearby at 11-12 minutes on foot (3 min by car)
Departure of hiking and mountain biking a few minutes (from the bottom of the residence), on the coastal path.
A superb marine path along Cap Lardier begins at the bottom of the residence.

You will have access to the residence's large swimming pool, a 2-minute walk away, for a small fee of € 2 / day and per person or € 10 / week, offered for children under 7 years of age. You will also have access to tennis for a reasonable participation (unlimited 40 € / week for the whole house)

You will need a car to access the residence and walk around the region (Ramatuelle, Pampelonne, Saint Tropez ...)

On the other hand, you can live in the car-free residence, with access to Gigaro beach and the trade, which are a 10-12 minute walk from the house.
