On the ground floor:

Well-equipped kitchen area with electric hobs and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker.

Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden.

Toilet with hand basin.

Upstairs:

Two bedrooms with respectively one 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds.

Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.



Parking: 1 space per house.

Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €250 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity costs included in the accommodation price from early May to early October. Outside this period, charges will be invoiced separately (meter reading).

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Pets: not allowed

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at an additional cost

End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat-rate fee.
