The first bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom bunk beds 90 by 200 and a BZ 140 by 190.
In mezzanine the bed is 140 by 190. The kitchen is fully equipped and has many kitchen appliances (plancha raclette mixer etc ..)

The land is 350 square meters and it is closed.

Opposite the terrace, a 1.35m deep semi-buried wooden pool is here to cool off and have fun.
A swing and other outdoor games are present in the garden to the delight of your children.
In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces.
