The SIXTIES is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located just a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais.



You will be seduced by the very atypical style of this apartment with a very colorful decoration reminiscent of the atmosphere of the 1960s especially with its Jukebox (decoration only) exposed in the living room.



This apartment has the advantage of being spacious and benefit from 3 comfortable sofas allowing you to enjoy all the necessary comfort with family or friends.



It is fully equipped with air conditioning and free WIFI.



The district is very lively, the street of France located a few meters has many traders such as a bakery, a butcher, many cafes.

You are close to the pedestrian street just as attractive for its famous restaurants. Only a few seconds walk away is the Promenade des Anglais where you will find its beaches, the sea and its famous casinos.





The SIXTIES is arranged as follows:



DOUBLE LIVING ROOM:

The double living room includes 3 sofas. Two coffee tables will allow you to share warm aperitifs. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning are included.



The second part of the stay is the dining area with a large buffet and a table that can accommodate an extension to accommodate up to 6 people.



KITCHEN:

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (Volupto capsules only).

A washing machine is present in a space dedicated to household appliances.



BATHROOM 1:

Bathroom 1 has all the following features such as a shower, hairdryer, towel hook, bidet and toilet.



BATHROOM2:

Has the same characteristics as the bathroom 1.



BEDROOM 1 :

The quiet bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed, a nice armchair, a desk and a chair, storage cupboards and air conditioning.



BEDROOM 2:

Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. You will find many frames giving a vintage style to this room.





There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.

The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.

A station is 300 meters from your apartment.

The train station is a few minutes walk.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
