- Living room with TV lounge area, sofa and coffee table and dining area for 4 people then outside access
- Fully equipped semi-open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, etc.)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 en suite with double bed 180 and bathroom with bath and sink
- Air-conditioned Bedroom 2 with 2x90 bunk beds
- Bathroom 2 with shower, sink and toilet
Exteriors:
- Covered terrace and garden, all about 25m²
- Outdoor dining furniture and 2 deck chairs
- Manual awning
- Secure swimming pool in the residence (closed from October to May) with children’s pool, sunbeds, snack (only in July and August) and sea view
