At the heart of Provence is this beautiful house of 160m2 contemporary in a quiet area. It offers optimal comfort and a private pool and secure South.
The house is located 5 minutes walk from downtown Molleges, pretty Provencal village which is 5 minutes by car from Saint Remy de Provence.

Its decoration will seduce you (beams, travertine on the ground, large volumes ...).
Air-conditioned it is on one level (except for a room on the floor) and the rooms are independent.
Its strong point is a secure private pool, ideal for children.

It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room and 2 toilets.
A living room composed of a corner living room, a living room with a family table (3m) and a fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, small fridge, dishwasher, piano, microwave, Nespresso. ..). A back kitchen and a storeroom completes this kitchen.
The house offers 4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom "parental" with 1 double bed, bathroom, toilet and direct access to the garden
- 1 room "view of the Alpilles" independent upstairs and direct access to the office space,
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
Both bedrooms are in an area with bathroom, shower room and WC.

A baby umbrella, a baby changing table and other baby equipment (bath ...) are available.

The house also offers a large dressing room (with hangers) and a playroom for your children.

Outside there is a swimming pool with sun baths, a solar shower and a gas BBQ Weber.
In the garden we find a child's corner with wood cabin, trampoline, children's games.

The terrace is covered (cool to eat) and offers a table of 3 meters with 10 chairs.
