House (~ 90m2) in La Lette (Between St Julien en Born and Contis-Plage) for 8 people. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room / TV, 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds of 140, plus a 4th room "children" with two beds 90 (one in height). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Large garden (> 1000m2) fenced.
Contis Beach at 5,7km. Bike path and bus shuttle at 75m. The shuttle runs in July and August. It brings you directly and free to the beach of Contis. She can also take you to St Julien, Lit et Mixe and Cap de l'Homy.
Shops in Contis, Saint Julien, and the campsite Lette (200m).
Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer 4 *, dishwasher.
For the comfort of all, we ask you not to smoke in the house. It is possible to smoke outside (terraces, garden).
