The house includes; Entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one with terrace garden side, 2 bathrooms, large terrace on the ground floor with barbecue and direct access to the pool.
Calpe is a small coastal town whose first beaches and the city center are about 1.2 km from the house (15 minutes walk). It is famous for its spectacular views of the Ifach Rock, its natural parks, salt mines and historic center. It is a quiet destination with affordable restaurants and recreational sites. The white sandy beaches are lined with crystal clear and warm waters.
To go to Calpe; From the south of France you can go in a day by car. From the North of France you will prefer the plane with cheap and regular flights. Car rentals in Spain are very good markets. It is a practical and economical formula.
