It is equipped for 4 people with living / dining room opening onto a shaded covered terrace where you can have lunch and enjoy a private sunny garden, complete tranquility and relax in the sun; an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with careful decoration, a shower room and a WC.

After having appreciated the comfort of the accommodation, you can enjoy the town of Sainte-Maxime which will offer you its sweetness of life, its elegance and its dynamism with all the shops, restaurants, shops and other leisure providers who will perfect your holidays in the heart of the majestic Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Beaches and town center (1km): 15 to 20 minutes walk

Local shops and urban shuttle stop 300 m from the accommodation (no need to take your car to go to the beach, move downtown or in another district, do your shopping ... and find a place, shuttle serving more than forty stops at your disposal throughout the city - Unit ticket: 1 euro per day)

Accommodation rented by contract between the two parties.
A deposit of € 500.00 will be requested upon arrival of the vacationer and will be returned upon departure if no damage noted after the inventory made between the two parties at the exit of the vacationer.

€ 60.00 cleaning fee will be requested if the accommodation is not returned in a clean state as at the entrance of the vacationer.

Possibility for holidaymakers to ask the owner for cleaning by a third party: fixed cost of the service = € 60.00.

Possibility to rent linens (sheets and towels) on request
