An office with a sofa bed comfort (1m 60 by 2 m) overlooking a terrace facing north is ideal for breakfast in the morning.

Outdoor solar shower near swimming pool. In summer, a swimming pool comes twice a week to maintain the pool.

Bike path accessible in front of the house for a walk in the forest or loan of the ocean for many kilometers. Beware, the Landes, it's not flat everywhere!
The mountain bike is ideal.

The area is renowned for surfing all year round. Many spots for amateurs or confirmes. As well as many golf courses for confirmed and beginners nearby (hossegor, seignosse, chiberta, arcangues, bassassuray ...) passable all year long

Climate: Lots of sunshine all year round. Nice in and out season

Atmosphere: located near a pine forest where the atmosphere is calm and very relaxing.

Commerce: the villa is located 50m from a hypermarket and 200m from small shops (grocery, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco press ...)
