Located on the 2ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 50m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a large living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Not forgetting the characterful communal areas: brickwork, terracotta floor tiles, Capitouls tower...
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, so you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.
Situated just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it is in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat would be perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.

- Visits: in the heart of the historic district, you are a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from Place Saint-Georges, 1 minute from Place Saint-Etienne, in the heart of the Croix-Baragnon district.
