Maison Line Up: Small semi-detached house located in a pleasant village, in a sunny clearing, in the immediate vicinity of Lacanau golf course. The accommodations, organised in adjoining small houses with a patio, offer a relaxing and friendly setting. The residence has a central swimming pool with a small pool for children, open from 15 June to 15 September, as well as a private parking area, convenient for easy parking.



This house consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, fully equipped: sink, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, mini-oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. The living room is comfortable, with a sofa, a television and a storage unit, ideal for relaxing after a day of golf or at the beach.



Upstairs, the first bedroom opens onto a balcony and features a double bed (140 cm), a television and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) bunk-style, perfect for a family. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin unit, a shower and WC. The terrace leads directly to the swimming pool and allows enjoying meals outdoors thanks to the garden furniture.



In terms of location, the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, offering quick access to beaches, water activities, and resort services. Laundry and departure cleaning are not included in the rental (optional services, rates upon request). This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
