We offer our beautiful house with an area of ​​140m2 with secure pool, near the sea (800 m) sandy beaches or so beautiful quiet coves, in a quiet and residential area but close to all amenities. The city center of Boulouris with its traders and Saint Raphael is only 2 km. Bakery and pharmacy at 700m. For those who still need to stay connected, a free WIFI connection is available in the house.
The villa sleeps 8 people and has all the comforts for a successful holiday.

Upstairs: entrance, 2 bedrooms, one with shower and sink, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 large living room with kitchen with large central island and friendly lounge all overlooking a terrace.
On the ground floor: F2 with a bedroom and bathroom with toilet, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and TV. Direct access under a terrace and garden.
The pool of 8x4m is very practical and pleasant because it has a submerged beach of 2m by 20 cm of water to dabble quietly. The maximum depth is 1. 55 m.
Sun loungers and parasol are available around the pool for your comfort.
And to enjoy maximun pool house equipped with table and chairs, sink, fridge, dishwasher and of course the barbecue.
A ping pong table is also available.
A large car park inside the property can accommodate several vehicles.
