Private vacation home

Couple of teachers rents house with its 300m2 garden and its private swimming pool.
We rent the entire 70m2 ground floor of our house during our absences.
Free parking in front of the house.
2 large bedrooms, one bathroom, with a kitchen living room.

We have just completed the renovation of this house from the 1950s.
Its location is a dream location, in one of the most popular areas of Montpellier: the Boutonnet district. Absolute calm 10 minutes walk from the city center.
The house is tastefully decorated, it is bright and the ground floor stays cool in summer.
The garden is a lovely space for children and for family meals in the great outdoors. The brand new swimming pool measures 5x3m and 1.5m deep, it is a beautiful tiled concrete pool with salt treatment.

The house has 2 large bedrooms: one of 13m2 with 2 single beds for children and the other of 17m2 with a double bed in 160. The bedding is recent and very comfortable.
A kitchen lounge opens directly onto the garden and its terrace.
The bathroom has a large shower.

We provide our bikes and games and toys for children aged 9 and 12.
