Come and enjoy our fully air-conditioned house and its garden, ideally located 150 meters from the Plage des Américains at the entrance to the village of Cap Ferret. The villa, recently completed in the spirit of oyster huts with modern comfort, includes 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), a fitted kitchen, a living room opening onto a large partly covered terrace, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom bathroom, 3 WC, an outdoor shower with hot water.
End of stay cleaning and linens are included in the price.
