The house is located 20 minutes from the Barbâtre beach in Noirmoutier (16 minutes if you have the chance to go through the Passage du Gois). And it is less than 10 minutes from the Passage du Gois.
You are also 15 minutes from Notre Dame de Monts and 20 minutes from St Jean de Monts.
