Residence: The special character of Fontaine du Roc is to be found in a beautiful site of three hectares, with panoramic views of the nearby imposing Château Biron, each pitch of 120 m2 has electricity, some are in the sun and others in the shade to suite you needs. You have a large swimming pool, children's pool, whirlpool, library, boules court (a regional game simillar to Bowls), bar, snack, terrace with table football and table tennis, children's play area and small shop with daily deliveries (also off-peak season) of fresh bread and milk. Our campside blends beautifully with the natural surroundings so that you and your family can have a lovely holiday, we also speak English. At Fontaine du Roc there are lots of activities to get involved with over the summer : Boules and ping-pong competitions, Communal meals using the products of the region and Perigordine cuisine, The neighbouring forest, many of them criss-crossed with limestone tracks, are perfect for walkers and cyclists, Organised events in the evening with live music (july-august), for all ages, Fishing within five hundred metres, And there are many more interesting activities for you to discover here at Fontaine du Roc. Special convenient for your holidays, Fontaine du Roc is ideally situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the border between two departments, the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne. You can choose between visiting the very popular tourist area of the Dordogne or finding the undiscovered delights of the Lot et Garonne, where there are : - Traditional markets in beautiful historic towns ( Bastides) typical to the area, towns like Monpazier, Monflanquin or Eymet, etc - Famous vineyard circuits: Bergerac, Duras, Cahors and Monbazillac amongst others, - There are circuits to visit the historic castles that the region abounds with, Chateau Biron is just three kilometres from Fontaine du Roc with the castles of Gavaudun, Bonaguil, Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes (castle of Josephine Baker) and many more within easy driving distance. Further away there are : - Famous and interesting places such as Sarlat, Rocamadour… - The wine and tobacco museum in Bergerac, - The world renown caves of Lascaux and Padirac, - Many other tourist attractions too numerous to mention. Accommodation: Mobilhome well equiped for 4 persons about 31 m² ( 23 m² living and 8 m² covered terras with garden furniture) Kitchenette with refigerator/fridge and dining-funiture. Bedroom with bed for 2 persons, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom ( shower and wash stand ) and seperated toilet. It's possible to put a tent for the children next to the mobilhome (free of charge). we offer the possibility arrival and departure days you choose. So no more from Saturday to Saturday , just the days that suit you best , even in high season. Arrival hiring after 15.00 - Departure hiring before 10.00.



Equipment: The mobile home is equipped with gas hotplates and a fridge. The terrace has garden furniture and a sun bench to spend pleasant summer evenings with the family. Possibility of adding a tent next to the mobile home for children, at no extra charge. On request: chair and cot free of charge.
