Our villa is an independent house with 700m2 of land, with pool of 13x4,5, a large terrace of 75m2, and a sunny area to enjoy the sun. It is a nice house, very quiet, the morning an owl hula gently accompanied by twittering birds to wake you up and have breakfast on the terrace. We have reformed the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen to improve comfort. It is not too hot in summer, is 5min walk from the beach, and next to the restaurant "the barracks" which is authentic paellas over a wood fire (individual takeout for 7 €) ..
All services are available, towels, sheet, kitchen equipped with everything to cook (cutlery, glasses, oil, vinegar, etc.) and for breakfast (coffee, sugar, etc.) at least for the first days according to the duration of your stay.

A supermarket (Consum) is a 5-minute walk to the beach for shopping with or without a car.
If you are looking for tranquility, avoid the dates of the music festivals: the FIB in July (18 to 21 July 2019) and Rototom from 16 to 22 August 2019. The festival area is very close as the crow flies and the music until very late hours of the night is a disadvantage for non-revelers who like the silence of the night.
