Villa Cyan is located between Ollioules and Sanary, 5km from the beaches and 1km from shops. On the hillside, in a quiet and secure residence overlooking the sea, the view is magnificent from almost every room in the house.
The living room, very bright thanks to these many sliding windows, covers the entire main level and opens onto the terraces and the swimming pool. The sleeping area and a lounge / TV are on the ground floor.
You will have 3 bedrooms, 2 of them each with their small terrace with sea and hills view as well as a shower room and the 3rd bedroom with its independent bathroom (shower, bath and toilet).
The pool area with its large terrace promises long days of lazing by the sea, the fort of Six Fours, the hills and the city. The 10mx4m pool is secured by a roller shutter and can be heated on request (cost of € 80 / week extra).
You can park up to 3 vehicles on the way to the house.
