The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this vast 55 m² cocoon, renovated and beautifully decorated with works by local artists. This flat, right in the heart of Nantes city centre, is fully equipped for maximum comfort and includes Wi-Fi internet access. It is ideal for business or leisure stays, for couples or friends, for 1 to 4 people. You will immediately feel at home thanks to the warm atmosphere of the flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a characterful old building. There is no lift and the steps to get there are quite narrow. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. There is also a high bar table with three stools.
- A vast 20 m² lounge with sofa bed, pretty round table and TV. WIFI connection included.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobes
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board...
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities:
- Located in the heart of the Bouffay district, in a lively pedestrian street, you'll be spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafés.
- Ideally located for enjoying Nantes, you are only 5 minutes' walk from the Château, the Cathedral and the famous Place Royale and Place Graslin.
- Just 2 tram stops away, and you're on the Ile de Nantes and its famous island machines!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nantes train station, about 13 minutes' walk (1 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 22 minutes by car (11.6 km)
