Ideally located 50 meters from the Arcachon basin, and about fifteen minutes by bike from the ocean, this 170 m² wooden villa can accommodate 12 people in optimal comfort.

Two terraces, one upstairs overlooking the basin and the other on the ground floor, allow you to enjoy the Ferretcapian climate in a warm setting

The wooden villa is built on two floors.
On the ground floor, we find an American kitchen, a large living / dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Upstairs is the second living room equipped with a TV, a play area with table football, as well as a bedroom with private bathroom and toilet.
Finally, the first floor has its own terrace on which it is possible to have lunch while enjoying a view of the Arcachon bay.

The large terrace on the ground floor is equipped with an open outdoor kitchen with plancha and fridge. This terrace also has an outdoor shower and several places to relax.

A private car park allows you to park two cars.

In terms of trade, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, cellar, newsagent, bank and fruit and vegetable market are accessible in a few minutes on foot. A small super market is located 300 meters (Les Jacquets) or a larger 5 minutes by car (Claouey).

Sheets and towels not provided. If necessary, a laundry rents linen at 100 meters.

Other remarks
Possibility if holder of the boat license (coastal or deep-sea) to rent our boat by the week at a preferential rate (1,000 euros per week for a 6m white shark).
