The villa is located between Ramatuelle 5 minutes drive from the beach of Gigaro, quiet in a residence with guard on a shaded ground of 3. 500 m² with private pool of 10 x 5 m.

It includes 3 bedrooms with French windows overlooking south facing terracotta terraces, parquet floors pvc redone in May 2017. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, moon with bath and shower, separate toilet. A chalet for 2 people accessible from the villa and the pool by a staircase, to the blind with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, Norman furniture with antique wardrobe, terrace of 3.50 m redone in nine May 2017
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and large fridge / freezer 2016), ceramic hob and integrated oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, new crockery in sufficient quantity.
