About This Property
Contemporary house of 170 m2 built on a plot of 1. 300 m2 facing the pine forest 10 minutes walk from the beaches of the ocean and the basin.
No vis-à-vis. The 2 neighboring houses do not have a swimming pool. Quiet and relaxing environment.
The house is ground floor and very bright: each room includes one or more windows.
The entrance leads to a living space consisting of a lounge-fireplace-library, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
A corridor gives access to the bedrooms area. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom or shower room. Two rooms have a private WC, in addition to the visitors' toilet near the entrance.
The floors of the house are parquet. The decoration is summer and ferret-cape. The walls are decorated with local paintings.
The living area overlooks two wooden terraces: one is exposed is for breakfast, the other is facing south and west for the rest of the day. A wooden terrace surrounds the house.
The west terrace overlooks a wild garden of pines, arbutus and broom. It is equipped with a retractable awning, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue (+ plancha) Weber on wheels with table of release. It allows you to enjoy the end of sunny days when returning from the beach. In the evening, we dine pleasantly, listening to the ocean. This terrace benefits from exterior lighting, including two removable floor lamps.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beaches of the ocean and the basin (5 minutes by bike). The Piraillan market and the shops of the Canon are 10 minutes by bike.
The house has a large practical basement for storing bicycles, surfboards, beach equipment and table tennis. Access to the house is marked by outdoor lighting.
