In Concarneau, 2 small houses completely renovated in 2017, they are terraced but independent, facing south, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The 2 small houses allow 2 different families or all those who wish to spend holidays together while preserving a little privacy.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION N ° 1:
- A large living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a wood stove, TV. A large bench over 4 meters long for reading, resting, watching TV too much on vacation anyway ;-), a large table for meals.

1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (possible to receive adults the beds are of good quality)

THE HEATED POOL IN AN ENCLOSED GARDEN

The private heated swimming pool from April to October (with secure access for children) is located in the middle of a 200 m² enclosed garden. There is no opposite and the neighborhood is very quiet.
By the pool a wooden pergola with benches, coffee tables, deckchair, barbecues for grilling by the water.

POOL SAFETY:
For the tranquility of parents, access to the swimming pool is secure for young children (see photo of the access handle and standard bodyguards)

LUNCH OR DINNER:
Two large south-facing terraces (with awning for those who prefer shade) with large tables for lunch or dinner outside.

The location is ideal, close to downtown Concarneau and 2 minutes from the beaches (Le Cabellou).

A large area is near the houses, less than a kilometer away.
The walled city of Concarneau, a charming place to walk around and have a good little restaurant, is accessible by ferry. You can leave your vehicle in the council car park for an aperitif in the sun at Martin's Café and dine at the restaurant LE PAS SAGE!
